Within 14 days of receipt of your order, you may exchange or return any Merchandise with the following conditions: Items must be in their original condition, with original packaging and accessories, must not be worn or laundered. Music merchandise (tapes, CDs) must be unopened There is a $3.00 returns or exchange processing fee for items exchanged that are not damaged or defective (determination of damage or defect will be at our sole discretion)
For exchanges within the U.S., please allow 2-3 weeks for you to receive your new product. If an item is on back order, delivery may be delayed until the product is available. If an item is discontinued, you will be notified via email by deadhorse. Naturally, we can process returns and refunds only for items purchased from horsecore.net.
How do I return an item?
Just follow these 3 steps:
1. Email: Horsecore.email@example.com with: Your Name, order information and the reason for your return.
2. On a piece of paper write: Your Name, order information and the reason for your return.
3 .Wrap the merchandise securely and mail to the address below.
*We strongly suggest that you use UPS, Insured USPS Mail, or another traceable delivery method for your return shipment. please indicate the order number on a separate piece of paper and send with your return.

If your order arrived damaged We know it's disappointing when an item arrives damaged. If this happens, please contact deadhorse. A replacement item will be sent whenever possible; if not, a refund will be processed.
